How far can you run, walk or wheel in 60 minutes? Do you want to build stronger muscles, lose some excess weight, or improve your endurance? During the Purple Shoes Challenge you can rest when you need to rest, stop if you have gone as far as you can, and use your personal best distance to determine how much you will train to improve your distance each year.

Welcome to the Athlete's Corner!

The Athlete's Corner will help you improve your fitness, conditioning, and athletic skills. Remember, it is important to consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise program.

The Athlete's Corner will also help you set your personal performance goals and record your training program. You will be able to keep track of your progress from year to year. Feel yourself getting faster, stronger, and more powerful with every workout.

The coaches are challenging each athlete to get out there at least 3 times per week for 30-40minutes to walk, wheel, run, and start training for November. Please log these workouts so we can support you in your training. Good luck!
